Giftayo.com is a gift shop, an online portal which sells gifts to the
Nepalese Diaspora that are then obtained and delivered to family,
friends and loved ones still living in Nepal. The vision is to be the
premier fulfiller of all the needs of the Non Resident Nepalese (NRNs)
across the world. The site allows NRNs the ability to gift high quality
merchandise to family, friends and loved ones in Nepal.

Giftayo.com operates from Kathmandu, Nepal. All customer service issues
are handled in-house from Kathmandu, Nepal.
Where do you source the products from?
Giftayo.com currently has vendor
relationships with prestigious vendors in Nepal with arrangements to
display their products and services on our site. We have tie-ups with
established merchants in their respective product category. We try to
ensure that all our vendors maintain high quality standards to provide
you the best of the products & services. Each individual product
displayed in our website has the name of the merchant associated with
it.
Why should I register with Giftayo.com
Creating your account enables us to personalize all your transactions on
Giftayo.com and also provides a quicker & easier Check Out in future.
However, you do not need to create an account or register with us before
shopping. Once you confirm the order during your first purchase, you
will be prompted to register yourself and provide us with your necessary
personal details.
How Do I Change My Personal Details?
You
can change your personal information anytime as per your convenience. To
make the changes, log into your account, go to ‘my account’ and make the
changes in the 'view or change my account information' option.
How Do I Manage My Personal Address
Book?
Address Book allows you to easily select the shipping addresses from the
various addresses you maintain and update in your address book. This
also allows you to select different shipping addresses for different
items in your shopping cart. Giftayo.com allows users to store up to 5
different shipping addresses and choose from any of them hence making it
easier for future transactions. You can easily edit the shipping
addresses in the ‘view or change entries in my address book’ under ‘my
account’.
What
is a shopping Cart?
The
shopping bag is a virtual carry cart that displays the
number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total
purchase amount. This is displayed as a small window located at the
right-hand top corner of the web page. This window also provides links
to view the details of the items you have chosen – by clicking on the
picture of the product in your shopping cart, and to confirm your
purchase proceed to ‘Checkout'.
You
can update your order by adding / removing items, etc. from the shopping
cart itself.

How do I know that delivery is complete?
An
e-mail will be sent to you informing that your order has been delivered
with a picture confirmation.
Can I send some personalized message
with the gift?
Yes,
you can send your personalized greetings along with your gifts. Just
type in your message in the ‘gift message’ box in the delivery
information form. Your message will be written down in a complementary
card provided at our courtesy and sent along with the gift.
What are the different payment options
available and how secure are they?
We
accept major debit and credit cards. Our payment processing company is
Paypal, a global leader in online payment solution. It is on their
secure server you will be transferred to when you select the confirm
order option. All transactions are processed securely in their server
itself. Hence the payment process is 100% secure and safe.

all data to and from the site.
We
are in the process of providing other payment modes in the near future
such as direct bank transfer and e-secure payment by HSBC, one of the
